Clearing Your Cache
Many issues can be solved by simply clearing your cache. For instructions on how to do so, find your browser below and follow the instructions.
Google Chrome
- Navigate to the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser. You are able to go directly to “Clear Browsing Data” and it will open a new tab to your browsing data. As a shortcut you can use the key combination of "Ctrl + Shift + Del".
- In the "Clear browsing data" prompt, ensure that "Advanced" and "All time" are selected.
- Select the first four options.
- Click the "Clear data" button.
- Restart your browser.

Microsoft Edge
- Navigate to the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser and click on "Settings".
- Click on "Privacy, Search, and Services".
- Under "Delete Browsing Data", click "Choose what to clear".
- In the prompt, select "All time" in the drop-down menu.
- Select the first four options.
- Click "Clear Now".
- Restart your browser.

Mozilla Firefox
- Click the three lines in the top right corner of your browser and click on "Settings".
- On the left side, click "Privacy & Security".
- Scroll down to "Cookies and Site Data" and click on "Clear Data".
- Select both options and click "Clear".
- Restart your browser.
